Update: Located the parcel at the local postoffice, what a mission to prove its mine without the local tracking number. I'm writing this review after wearing it now for a few hours and I can't get over how well it works. My husband was diagnosed from one doctor that he had arthritis in his back, another told him a slipped disk.A replacement has since been forwarded as per Leo, thing is I can't track as no new tracking number has been received and the old tracking number reflects delivered.
