Over the years our range has grown from our iconic Original Curry Sauce to include Mild, Hot, Slimmers, Chinese and Japanese Style Katsu Curry Sauce. Now obviously, I’m Canadian, not Irish, so I’m not going to pretend I know how close my version is to the “real thing”, but I did do my research and made every effort to try and re-create it as best I could from the descriptions available.
