Description

I do enjoy British chocolate bars, we certainly do have lots to choose from. Cadbury Flake is one of my ultimate favourites. Cadbury Flake is so distinct and unlike any other chocolate bar. They are great to eat on their own and I prefer mine straight from the fridge or in an ice cream, as a classic 99. I also crumble it over homemade cakes just to give them that little something extra. So good, and you can't easily buy them in shops here anymore English Cadbury has become a gray market item. Tasty by themselves, great in ice cream. Advertised extensively in the 80s they were marketed as a romantically relaxing chocolate that sensually soothes the consumer. Cadbury recipe for making the Flake is a closely guarded secret, and no other chocolate manufacturer has ever been able to reproduce this classic bar.

Cadbury flake is dreamy to say the least and a great accompaniment to any ice-cream. Highly recommended to be eaten alone so no need to share with anyone else! Cadbury Flake is undisputed as the crumbliest, flakiest bar of chocolate on the market. Whilst it can be eaten like a normal chocolate bar, it is most famous for the integral role it plays in the iconic 99 ice cream. Cadbury Flake is just an absolutely divine way to eat chocolate obviously straight from the fridge and it crumbles majestically as you bite into it!! Many of the older fans of this chocolate delight will no doubt remember the sensual tv advert of many years ago!! quite delightful, also we enjoy broken up and sprinkled over ice cream Cadbury Dairy Milk Flake Easter Egg 249g Milk chocolate eggshell made with Cadbury Dairy Milk - 6.5 syns a serving.

Milk, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Vegetable Fats (Palm, Shea), Emulsifier (E442), Flavourings, Milk Solids 14 % minimum, Cocoa Solids 25 % minimum, Contains Vegetable Fats in addition to Cocoa Butter. Lifestyle / Additives One Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate hollow egg with Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate Caramel Nibbles inside the egg. I love the flavour of Flake, but they are a little messy. The flavour is very good and the texture is kind of fun like a bunch of thin ribbons piled on each other. Twirl is similar and less crumbly. I'll be adding a couple of crushed Flake bars to homemade 'ice cream' as I have some dairy restrictions due to medical issues, so will use almond milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and the Flake bars to make my own version of stracciatella the Flake bars will be perfect! Luv me flakes and miss them. I let them melt in my mouth and just enjoy it haven't had them for years cause live in the Netherlands they are so delicious They taste great if you roll over them with a rolling pin then sprinkle them onto ice cream or yogurt but even as they are they go down a treat. There is usually a lot of kitchen roll around when my granddaughter starts as she likes crushing the chocolate for putting either in the ice cream or yogurt. Big hit with her.

These are a family favourite. We also enjoy the ones with orange but the classic is always the best. We eat them over other cakes or desserts so the mess isn't too much to bear. I suggest crumbling them over ice cream as its a lovely flaky accompaniment to creamy ice cream. Down below in our guide we will discuss how many flakes you can eat in the slimming world, some syn values of Cadbury chocolate and some low syn alternative chocolate bars from other brands. How Many Flakes Can You Eat On The Slimming World? Delicious cadbury chocolate that melts in your mouth, amazing to be able to eat Cadbury in Spain where it is currently non-existent. Flake's syn values change according to the size and their brand Cadbury's have a huge range of chocolates, to help you out we've listed all of their syn values down below. Flakes

Cadburys are the makers of my favourite chocolate and this to me is the best pure chocolate bar they make. Not only is it pure crumbly luxuriousness, it is also amazing in a range of things. A real classic, these are delicious on their own or to accompany desserts, ice cream, topping for trifles, or whatever. The chocolate is delicious and the texture really exclusive only to Cadbury's. Great to have in the store cupboard, the only problem being that they usually don't last very long, so it's great to have them available on the BCS! Flake chocolate has 6.5 syns in a 25.6g bar, making it quite high in syns and consuming nearly half of your daily syn allowance, we would recommend eating these in moderation to avoid using too many syns. I still enjoy Flakes and still love them in ice cream, but for me, the chocolate you lose while eating them is that tiny annoyance that never really makes you completely satisfied. To conclude, flake chocolate can be very high in syns depending on the size of the chocolate bar you choose, for a 25.6g bar you are looking at 6.5 syns for your chocolate bar, but for a mini-sized treat flake only 3.5 syns, so we would recommend choosing a smaller size if you have a chocolate craving.
