I am confident that the Genius X motor is more powerful. I think the Pro 5000 you might have has something in the region of 8,800 oscillations and either 20,000 or 40,000 pulsations. With only a couple of slight differences between these two models, the Pro 3 3000 is the more premium and expensive of the two. But it doesn’t make it the one to go for.
