In it we learn about the beginnings of the project and the director’s depression that led to it, covered also in the commentary track.It is a powerful and very unsettling vision of a world where according to von Trier, a self-admitted atheist and Nietzsche admirer, only pain and evil are eternal. For the record, while viewing Antichrist I did not detect any purely technical anomalies to report in this review.
