Low Energy - The electriQ 20L Dehumidifier is an energy efficient appliance which runs on only 240W. It has a rotary compressor, and uses up to 40% less energy when compared to standard dehumidifiers available. If youre finding it difficult to dry laundry outside due to the unpredictable weather or large amount of clothing then youll be pleased to hear that the CD20L comes with a laundry mode setting. This clever little feature significantly reduces the drying time of damp laundry on a radiator airer/towel It's not the most powerful dehumidifier on the market - you wouldn't expect it to be with the low energy consumption. But it can do a decent job at removing water, especially at room temperature or above.We have a few complaints about this model though. The main problem is that we feel it's overpriced, considering the basic features and 12L extraction rate. It's also relatively noisy and surprisingly heavy.

It also has a four litre water tank, so you won't need to empty it as often as other models (although this is smaller than the 6 litre Meaco Low Energy 20L).
