In true Brighton Gin tradition, each bottle is filled, waxed and labelled by hand, topped off with our distinctive wax seal, this time in Navy Blue.

Citrus seems to be the leading character, but you’re getting resinous juniper notes, a slight floral tinge mid-taste, the finish comes on with some pleasant spice notes, coriander, orange rind, long warm and slightly earthy finish. The distillation itself takes a day, including hand-peeling fruit and crushing juniper and coriander.The whole process is carried out on site in the distillery including bottling and labelling by hand. It was suggested that Milk Thistle (one of the novel botanicals disclosed) was included because the plant itself contains silymarin, a compound reputed to have beneficial effects on the liver.
