I think the writing improved a ton, and the time jumps were that much easier to follow whereas i felt like it was a little difficult to know how much time had passed in the first book (one of the main reasons I gave that a 4). This one is just way better for me. ITS STEAMIER, ITS SO POSSESSIVE, the tension between them. I’m literally so into it 😂 alex and josh bromance going still strong in fact i am an alexjosh truther/apologist. if you put josh in a wig then he's literally ava. IN ANOTHER WORLD THEY ARE HAPPILY MARRIED 😍

i was gonna write a full review for this but i decided against it in the end. i don't even know how i could expand on what i say. but i do have to say despite me enjoying 2 smut scenes, out of the whole twisted series i felt the smut in this book was quite bland and was missing the fire and intensity of joshjules 😭😭😭 but it's okay not everyone can be as feral as josh chen, he's one of a kind 🥰 But when her brother abdicates, she’s suddenly faced with the prospect of a loveless, politically expedient marriage and a throne she never wanted. But she can’t deny that, beneath his cool exterior, is a man who could make her melt with just a touch. Stella 4.0 stars. Best girl award. Loved when she stood up for herself against her family and when she broke up with Christian. Ana Huang made her a little inconsistent in the middle of the book, but that's not our girl's fault! Blame Ana Huang.The politics was also ridiculous but didn't bother me too much. I'm not a fan of politics in general and if I were, I wouldn't be reading Twisted Games, I would read a book on the royal family or whatever. Yeah... She’s the object of his darkest desires, the only puzzle he can’t solve. And when the opportunity to get closer to her arises, he breaks his own rules to offer her a deal she can’t refuse. i lowkey missed the girl gang vibes here, if we had more of that it would've perhaps helped bridget form an actual personality. My favourite book is Twisted Games. I love the story of Bridget and Rhys, and I believe that the storyline in that book was better written than the other three books. Bridget and Rhys's story is easy to follow due to the time jumps in the book. I love the ending of the book but feel that the ending of Twisted Love was slightly better. The last thing she needs is to get involved with a doctor who puts the SUFFER in insufferable…no matter how good-looking he is.

in twisted love you can feel how alex is falling for ava. meanwhile, in twisted games, I literally can't feel the love between bridget and rhys. eldorra? i only know genovia. princess diaries walked so books like this could run but all TG did was stroll towards disappointment lane for me. It shouldn’t matter. He’s not her type—the man translates classics into Latin for fun, and his membership at the exclusive club where she bartends means he’s strictly off limits. It was so fun to see Alex slowly fall in love with Ava throughout the book. The groveling was the perfect amount. Everything was just 🤌 chef’s kiss. May have been the shortest book in the series, but it was a good one. Well, I liked this better than I expected. Going in with lower expectation was definitely the right choice so I ended up liking this a bit better than the first book. I am obsessed with this book!! AHH RHYS LARSEN EVERYONE! I think that alone is enough said. This man is so fine and he is a bodyguard as well. The bodyguard/princess trope is hands down amazing, it really gave my Princess Diaries vibes and I love it.
