It does not affect the operation and can be easily removed or attached when the ACX is in use. As a low stretch kernmantle rope, they are also CE certified and manufactured to comply with EN1891, which means they are suitable for a wide range of rope access applications including rescue lines, controlled descents, cave exploration, industrial access, abseiling, canyoning and more.
