Plus, it’s great that you can choose a superfood powder that supports a specific area of your health; for example, female health can be boosted with the Balance Tonic, and the mix of powders has been specially formulated to help women. I recently started incorporating the Rheal Superfood Powders into my daily routine, and so far I'm really happy with the results! Although I usually just mix them with water for convenience, I love how versatile they are – I can add them to my smoothie, juice or yoghurt in the morning instead for a change. Sometimes I struggle to get enough fresh fruit and veg in my diet, but taking a combination of Gut Feel, Berry Beauty and Clean Greens every morning feels like a great alternative to get all of the same benefits (and more!) with ease. After a couple of weeks of using the powders, I've definitely started to notice an increase in my energy levels and overall well-being. We’re so sorry to hear about your experience. For your peace of mind, we only use 100% organic food ingredients - nothing else! They also all go through various audits to ensure safety, and we have a Certificate of Analysis provided to us by our supplier for every batch, to ensure it has been tested for contaminants. Alcohol can be a trigger for hot flushes, and can also have a negative impact on our mental health and sleep quality. Try to keep your alcohol intake to a minimum, enjoying alcohol-free alternatives to your favourite tipple instead. It is derived using a unique extraction process which harnesses a full spectrum extract from just the ashwagandha root - not the leaves.

With wild blueberry, hibiscus, baobab, KSM-66 ashwagandha, shatavari root and maca root - it is the perfect daily tonic to help you destress and regain your inner female balance. Post-menopause - Any time after menopause - where periods have ended and the body is no longer ovulating (producing eggs). During this phase, women can often still experience menopausal symptoms - but they tend to get better over time. Withania somnifera", also known as “Indian ginseng”, “winter cherry” or most commonly as simply “Ashwagandha” is one of a class of plants known as adaptogens. In fact, it is estimated that one in three postmenopausal women has osteoporosis. This is a condition which weakens the bones, making them more fragile and prone to fracture. I do care work which involves a lot of walking about. I make up a drink of greens with ginger and spoon of honey.Topped up with water and squash helps give energy boost during the dayA lightweight scalp tonic formulated to soothe and moisturise while balancing the scalp. Enriched in AHAs, our formula promotes gentle exfoliation while fermented Aloe allows to hydrate and calm the scalp. It also contains hyaluronic acid to boost moisture, and prebiotic to balance the microbiome of your scalp! The positive mindset part is certainly true; as I mixed this powder with water I felt like I was doing my body the world of good. I have been taking Rheal Clean Green for about 6 months so far and have added Berry Beauty and Balance Tonic when needed. They are very good and easy to add to my routine. Highly recommended. Cortisol, a stress hormone, can also increase (particularly if you’re used to spinning too many plates), making sleep difficult and also contributing to weigh gain. There really are no hidden nasties in any of the powders and having tried many, many health powders only to discover that their delicious taste is due to sugar and myriad unpronounceable ingredients, I'll admit I'm impressed with the contents of Rheal’s superfood powders.

Nutrition for the Menopause – Rheal

I've got the Balance one, been about 2 weeks. Not sure if it's making any difference but it's not vile, I mix it with orange juice. There is no research to suggest that it might be harmful to mother or baby. However, as there is little research into the safety of adaptogens during pregnancy, it is always better to be safe until more conclusive evidence is available. Lethaby et al.
