Silver brings over 30 years of experience in international investment banking and risk management, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus in market infrastructure. In her (limited) spare time, Liz enjoys walking in the Black Mountains with her dogs, paddleboarding on the coast and photography. Cooper currently serves on the Board of Directors of SouthState Corporation since 2022 and Southern Company since October 2023.

The Committee is supported by the Communications Division, which consists of staff from a variety of backgrounds including press, digital media, member engagement and social media. At Sir Robert McAlpine she oversees the professional development of future ICE members and manages the social value for the A19 DBFO project as well as effecting positive changes through several affinity and leadership groups. She is also a graduate of the Rutgers University Executive Masters in Global Human Resource Leadership Program.
